All incoming stainless steel (AISI 200, 300, 400 series) is inspected and verified against material specifications before entering production..
Quality checks during forming, pressing, and shaping ensure dimensional accuracy and structural integrity at the mid-production stage.
Surface finish, colour application, embossing, printing, and design accuracy are verified. Pantone colour matching checked against buyer specifications.
Final products are inspected for finish, packaging integrity, and compliance labelling before loading for export.
